Trackier is hiring for the role of Business Development Representative (BDR)
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and events
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles across global markets
- Work closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and book discovery meetings
- Educate prospects on Trackier’s value proposition and platform offerings
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads
- Maintain detailed records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Contribute to pipeline growth and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Curious, coachable, and passionate about learning SaaS and marketing technology
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRMs is a plus
- Able to work from our Delhi office with a collaborative team
