About the Job:-


We are looking for Business development representatives with experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Enthusiastic and self-driven candidate comfortable with generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals (face to face/inside sales). With this job, you will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of ISB, IIMs, and NITs.

 *** Only candidate's with experience in Ed-tech sales would be considered.***

 Responsibilities :


  •  Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  • Reaching out to prospects on the phone to discuss various products and services
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
  • Conducting networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Open to learning Digital and negotiating best practices from industry veterans.


 Requirements:-


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1 -2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication; presentation skills
  • Should have strong regional language communication
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
