Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
• Own prospecting, lead generation & sales qualification.
• Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web and CRM research
• Meet or exceed the assigned quota of a minimum of 70-100 activities per day with 5-7 good connects
• Scheduling the most qualified and productive demos while also providing in-depth information to the Sales team
• Tee up leads that will turn into the business through persistence
• Be eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better every day, and be open to feedback

Requirements

• B.tech graduate is a must have
• 0-6 months of relevant sales experience.
• Experience of working in a corporate setup
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to sell to decision-making levels
• Consistent track record of identifying client needs and successfully implementing a solution
