Cocentrix is hiring for the role of Business Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interacting directly with customers and taking charge of regaining lost business by promoting the value of our client’s IT products and services
• Using tools like Winback 4.1, Cancelation Data, and Sales Lobby to help our sales teams find opportunities to identify win back customers
• Collaborating with leaders, sales managers, and Installed Base Business Managers to develop a robust sales action plan
• Putting plans into action, like running promotions, bundling products, making sales calls, and finding potential customers, especially in our direct and indirect sales channels
• Helping our sales team by using global sales enablement materials and information to make it easier for them to sell to customers and support end-user sales efforts

Requirements:

• University/Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years experience and proven track record in Service Business Management
• Excellent business acumen
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Ability to research, analyze data and make recommendations
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to work in virtual teams with members in different time zones and from different cultural backgrounds
• Strong time management skills
