Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- The Business Development Representative/Virtual Sales Specialist within the Virtual Demand Center is a specialized resource that allows for a greater depth of knowledge of Cisco’s architectures
- The BDR develops and closes opportunities from qualified leads, working directly with the customer, engineering, and partners
- Candidates will jump-start their Cisco sales career by joining the Demand Response Team, part of the Virtual Demand Center organization, with opportunities for future growth and promotion
- You will respond to customers primarily from India who want to interact with Cisco, understand their needs, and work with partners to provide solutions
- You will work closely with and leverage selected channel partners in the country to increase new sales opportunities
- You will lead sales opportunities while using innovative technologies to remotely collaborate with customers and leverage new sales models (cloud, services & software) to help customer improve their revenue
- You’ll own the full sales lifecycle for qualified opportunities and help generate pipelines in all segments of Cisco’s business
Requirements of the candidate:
- 3+ years’ B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry, start-up, or consultancy company, ideally in sales with tech knowledge
- Experience owning the full sales cycle (developing and closing opportunities, working closely with customers and/or partners
- Passionate about Sales and building positive relationships with customers
- Highly motivated candidates with determination, tenacity, and drive
- Willingness to learn and launch sales experience and technology expertise
- Flexible and resilient problem solver
- Passionate about IT and ability to tap into technology
- History of career progression and desire for professional development
- Thrives in a team environment
- BS/BA Equivalent
- Excellent English & Thai speaking and written communication skills
