Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads via various channels like LinkedIn and Bidding Platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  • Build quality and competitive proposals.
  • Interact with potential clients as per schedule and close deals.
  • Maintain communication with clients through cold calling, emails, professional networking, etc.
  • Constantly provide suggestions and improve lead generation by learning the latest trends.
  • Create and approve new accounts on bidding platforms.
  • Communicate client requirements with the team and discuss action plans.
  • Manage time and organize workflow.


Key Skills Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (in both English and Hindi) and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and have knowledge of basic CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
