About this Job

Responsibilities

  • Lead mapping through various channels like LinkedIn, Email etc
  • Map prospects in the Target Industry and connect with key decision-makers/influencers to drive the sales process independently.
  • Represent the company in industry forum/seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Research target industries and identify opportunities
  • Qualify sales opportunities through techniques like lead scoring
  • Ensure regular updates to CRM to reflect actual status.
  • Provide realistic sales closure forecasts on a regular basis
  • Solution Focus: Enterprise Software and Services for Industries like Auto, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics etc
  • Learn about industry and products of competitors.

Desired Candidate profile

  • 2- 3 years of enterprise software/solution selling experience selling to companies with an annual sales turnover between INR 100- 500 crores.
  • Knowledge of key industries with senior-level relationships will be an added advantage
  • Confidence and the ability to connect and build relationships with the Industry CXOs
  • Ability to strategize, independently set targets and drive opportunities towards wins.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and propose business solutions using the pre-sales consultants available in the organisation.
  • Good knowledge of sales processes, from lead identification to closure.
  • Experience in selling using value proposition-based approach
  • Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)
  • Affirmative email writing skills
  • Should be comfortable in Excel and PowerPoint presentation and analysis.
  • MBA with Marketing as specialisation will be preferred as an added advantage.
  • A person with a pleasing personality, passion to win, hunger to close deals and relentless attitude.
  • Should have carried and executed an annual sales target.
