Chai Sutta Bar is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisee owners and external vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and revenue
• Lead the negotiation and closure of complex business deals, contracts, and partnerships
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least two or three years of experience.
• Strong understanding of business principles, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
