Xiotz is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager – Cyber Security Sales – SMB!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies focussing on SMB/SME market segment &
  • Drive revenue for xIoTz Cyber Assurance Platform, infrastructure services & cybersecurity
    services, data center management, and network implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, CIOs, CTOs, and IT managers to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the target established in terms of revenues & volumes.
  • Leverage your network in the IT industry to create new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements
    are met and collaborate with other departments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT Industry.
  • Knowledge of data backup solutions, cloud infrastructure services, cybersecurity 
    services, ITSM & ITAM solutions, data center management, and network
    implementation is a plus.
  • Sales experience preferably in a sales role with a focus on selling a range of products and
    services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    and responsibilities.
  • Expertise with small and medium-sized businesses is an advantage.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding business-established goals & sales targets.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment.
  • In-depth experience in Product/SME/SMB sales Background and Midmarket Selling.
  • Experience in lead generation tools & Customer databases
  • Good in leading complex negotiations with CXOs / Founders
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
