About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and cold-call potential clients to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Use online search techniques to develop a targeted list of potential customers.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

2. Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze sales data, competitor performance, and market insights to identify new business opportunities.

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Expand business in assigned international territories, focusing on the Middle East and other regions.
  • Identify client requirements and prepare customized technical proposals showcasing the company’s solutions in the process and manufacturing industry.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to close successful deals.

5. Technical & Commercial Proposals

  • Develop costing, design, and techno-commercial offers aligned with client needs.
  • Prepare and present seminars, exhibitions, and client presentations to promote company offerings.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports detailing prospecting activities and achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in international sales & business development.
  • Technical Knowledge: Market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
