HSBC is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM)!

• Acquire new-to-bank high-value FX customers, both international and domestic, as per the Sourcing Policy.
• Increase international revenue opportunities.
• Convert a minimum of 4 high-value international prospect customers.
• Grow the portfolio wallet by enhancing FX penetration among existing customers.

Requirements:

• Balance approach to risk management, including techniques to mitigate risk.
• Possess broad knowledge of HSBC Group capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to guide and advise other Relationship Managers (RMs) on winning new business and influencing peers and junior colleagues.
• Ability to effectively plan and organize, with tenacity to drive through results.
• Communicate effectively with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Hold a university degree and/or relevant training courses.
• Minimum graduation or equivalent qualification required for the role, whichever is higher.
