Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing of Poultry/Cattle/Animal Feed Supplements
• Achieve Sales targets as desired by organization
• Coordinate and arrange technical seminars, farmer meetings in assigned areas
• Develop new dealers/retailer/big dairy farmers for increasing sales volume
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, business principles, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
