• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the same industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and develop effective business development strategies
• Minimum MBA
