What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. The B2B Sales Representative will play a key role in the growth of our business by building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and

prospecting potential clients

● Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients by providing

outstanding customer service and identifying upsell opportunities

● Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective

clients

● Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are

favorable to both the client and the company

● Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals by continuously growing and

expanding the company's customer base

● Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to improve customer satisfaction and develop new sales strategies

● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls,

presentations, and follow-up activities

● Continuously update and expand knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

● Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative, with a track record of

achieving and exceeding sales targets

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

maintain strong relationships with clients

● Strong negotiation and closing skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and customer needs

● Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools

● Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed
