Business Development Manager Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities :

1. Campus Hiring & Team Leadership:

• Drive overall campus hiring strategy and execution . 
• Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes. 
• Lead campus recruitment drives and engagement initiatives (e.g., workshops)  
• Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of campus hires . 

2. Business Development – Recruitment & Staffing:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with clients . 
• Develop and execute market expansion and revenue strategies . 
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients . 
• Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract closures 
• Track industry and market trends to refine service offerings . 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in Recruitment & Staffing, including business development . 
• Proven expertise in IT recruitment and campus hiring . 
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills . 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities .
