Our growing company, Hashtechy needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - hungry, nimble, and intelligent - with the ability to close business at both regional and enterprise deals.
Looking for a dynamic, high-energy Business Development Manager who is a strong, self-motivated individual, objectives and key results-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with all the stakeholders. We are searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. One must have experience in researching domestic & international market trends, targeting relationships, and using proven methods to develop and execute our business strategy.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for closing new business from new accounts and meeting monthly and quarterly quotas within your assigned domestic & international territory. The role requires the ability to prospect for new clients by email marketing, social selling, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest in potential clients. You would be working with your team to meet the team as well as individual revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Focus on Leads Generation, Reaching Out to Prospects (email, Cold- calling, Marketing Campaigns), Preparing / Delivering Sales Pitches and Proposals, Negotiation & Closing Deals Individually.
-Handle Domestic & International Sales by generating leads, setting up meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing the deal.
-Creating new channel partners and business avenues
-Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the support of the Pre-sales / BA team.
-Responsible for Gathering Client's complete Information Data.
-Maintaining database (HubSpot, CRM, Excel, etc.) of client information.
-Should be able to convince, follow up & chase the inbound leads.
-Assist in creating & executing strategies for business growth.
-Achieving sales targets of a company for assigned segments.
-Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients.
-Being the brand ambassador of the company.
-Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
-Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients.
-Identify markets, Hunt & Acquire new Customers on a given territory.
-Present Company profile & services to relevant clients.
Qualifications:
-Preferable 3 years of work experience with an IT Service provider company.
-Ability to understand the client requirements and transfer the same to technical teams.
-Good analytical skills, communication (verbal and written), and presentation abilities.
-Exposure to interacting with Domestic & International clients. Having must experience in B2B & B2C Sales.
-Good documentation skills related to proposal writing.
-Self-driven individual.
-Passionate about marketing and selling.
-Excellent relationship management skills.
-Good analytical & numerical skills with commercial awareness.
-Should have the aptitude to grasp IT-related knowledge quickly.
-He/She should attend to client queries and follow up with the technical team.
-Demonstrable leadership abilities.
-Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
