Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Market Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers within the assigned area.
• Increase numeric and weighted distribution of bakery products in general trade.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.

2. Channel Management

• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
• Ensure timely order booking, delivery, and collection.
• Monitor distributor stock levels and secondary sales.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for product availability and replenishment.

3. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Gather and report market feedback to the sales management team.
• Suggest strategies for market penetration and growth.

4. Promotions & Branding

• Execute trade promotions, sampling, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure point-of-sale (POS) materials are displayed effectively.
• Support new product launches at the retail level.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as per company norms.
• Maintain records of sales, collections, and distributor performance.
