Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive sales performance and brand KPIs: Achieve or exceed targets in volume, revenue, and other objectives tied to the Retina franchise. This involves developing and executing tailored call plans with SMART goals, handling objections effectively, and closing sales calls successfully 
• Gather and share market insights: Continuously build understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, disease segment, and product data. Share these insights with field teams, brand leads, and sales managers to align and optimize brand strategy execution 
• Build and maintain strategic relationships: Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and develop trusted relationships with healthcare providers. Identify, cultivate, and manage disease-state experts and key opinion leaders to enhance brand performance and adoption within target accounts
