Business Development Manager Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for staffing and recruitment services. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with paid and unpaid clients. 
• Pitch and close recruitment solutions to new clients, especially for freshers hiring. 
• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful delivery. 
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and business agreements. 
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 
• Attend client meetings, calls, and presentations as required. 
• Maintain records of client interactions and deal progress in CRM tools. 

Key Requirements: 

• 1 to 3 years of experience in staffing or recruitment business development. 
• Strong understanding of hiring trends, especially in fresher recruitment. 
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset. 
• Experience dealing with both paid and unpaid recruitment services is a must.
