Schindler is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Collect leads and market information about potential customers.
• Approach residential or commercial establishments with elevators requiring replacement or modernization.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Audit existing equipment to determine the retention of components and assess financial viability.
• Make sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Engage in commercial negotiations and finalize orders.
• Assist the installation team during project execution.
• Handover the completed project and close the order.
• Manage payment collection from clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial sales roles in similar industries.
• Knowledge in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) industry.
• Strong selling skills and customer relationship management.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
