Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and analyze data using Excel to derive insights for business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize business performance.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of projects within the e-commerce and fashion business domain.
Requirements:
- MBA degree is mandatory.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business planning, analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and fashion business (desirable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
