Buildnext is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying the Leads for Full Execution projects.
• Converting prospects into customers. Call leads to fix site visit or set up meeting with the customers.
• Achieving sales target. Attend to walk-in clients. Negotiating with clients for deal closures. 
• Maintain daily sales report.
•  Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base. 
• Increase business opportunities through various routes. Perform field work to achieve sales.
•  Regular follow ups with the customers. 
• Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service. 

Requirements:

• Graduate with a minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate – Residential/commercial project sales. 
• Knowledge of competition, pricing, and market trends. 
• Good market knowledge. Motivated and should be a quick learner. 
• Good Communication Skills (oral & written).
•  Must be presentable & professional.
• Should know Telugu, Hindi & English
• Should be tech-savvy & proficient in MS Office.
• Must be willing to travel and source sales leads
