Ebizon is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build relationships with prospective clients across the world. 
• Lead qualification and nurturing. 
• Convert assigned leads into opportunities by running applicable cadence steps.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach. 
• Responsible for account reviews and ensuring business terms are maintained in a healthy state.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet sales targets 
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages 
• Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures 
• Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle. 
• Ensuring smooth flow of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application. 
• Ensuring sustenance of current revenues and driving revenue growth from the relationships by identifying new partnership opportunities
• Liaison with all internal departments to ensure client's needs are fulfilled effectively

Requirements:

• B.Tech (Preferred) + MBA. 
• 0-1 year of full-time work experience preferably in sales 
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
