Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop business in the assigned territory
- Manage relationships effectively with the Business Partners
- Motivate Business Partners to align their mindset towards business growth
- Achieve the assigned targets via Business Partners in terms of Client Acquisition& Promotion of Investment Advisory products
- Organise Seminars/Webinars independently/jointly with the Business Partners for the promotion of MOFSL products
Requirements:
- Should have an ownership mindset/attitude
- Proactive approach & go-getter attitude
- Persuasive verbal & written communication skills
- Effective people management & interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving& decision-making skills
- Basic analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
