Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Scale the franchise expansion of the city by onboarding new partners for the city.
• Own the city revenue targets and forecast solid pipeline to conversion.
• Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure.
• Assist with outbound lead generation by exploring multiple channels like city campaigns, events, and gym walk-ins.
• Build business models tailored specifically to the partner/market.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement and improve the P&L.
• Develop a deep understanding of every micro-market within the city with detailed market research.
• Travel to meet partners as per requirement.

Requirements: 

• High-performing B2B BD profile.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Franchise business/industry understanding.
• Negotiation skills.
• Updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.
• Goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Proficient in CRM tools & Microsoft Office suite.
• Top tier management/engineering/commerce background with minimum 2 years up to 5 years of experience in BD.
• Experience in fast-growing startups/BD roles will be an added plus.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales profile.
• BDM, Business Development Management, B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, Franchisee Development, Franchisee Acquisition.
