Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.
• Preparation and timely submission of Proposals.
• Deliver regular and consistent Revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and assessing competitors.
• Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s global market presence.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working with International Customers is an advantage.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
• Proven sales track record.
