Business Development Internship Internship in Delhi at Five Design

We are a web designing and development company located in Rohini, Delhi. Working since 2010, providing website development and digital marketing solutions to our clients. Our strength lies in visualizing concepts, managing content, applying cutting-edge technology for web creation, and digital marketing, delivering jobs on time and meeting our ultimate objective of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Call new clients
• Explain the company service to prospective customers over the telephone and through email
• Convince clients to register with the company
• Maintain and update client database in the computer database system
• Ensure follow-up by creating tasks, meetings, and completing account information keeping proper notes in CRM
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, coordinate & resolving queries of the customers
