With years of rich and solid experience, superior quality, and an advanced pan-India perspective, DYIP is leading in Infrastructure development, corporate affairs, legal matters, and integrated project management in the field of construction and allied services.

Infrastructure development: We deal with the execution of projects for MNCs and passive infrastructure deployment for telecommunication services and hospitality industry.

Telecommunication: We are passive infrastructure providers with IP-1 licenses for the rollout of critical low Capex cell sites. Small cells rollout at government and private locations.

Legal and regulatory affairs: We have panel advocates/retainers with big corporates in telecommunication and provide legal consultancy for renowned brands in hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning & Identifying potential locations for wireless telecommunication sites
• Hunting for new telecom sites and meeting with the owners & other stakeholders to pitch for new opportunities
• Completing site acquisitions within stipulated deadlines and in adherence to the industry norms
• Completing all formalities and ensuring completion of all documentation in the site acquisition process

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• are available for duration of 2 months
• are from or open to relocate to Jaipur
• have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge of property documents
• Must be a fluent communicator in both Hindi & English
• Must have basic proficiency in both the languages, for written as well as spoken communication
• Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have good negotiation skills
• Must have a graduate degree (any stream) or pursuing graduation (2nd year or later stage preferred)
