Business Development Intern Internship in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Support in collecting, validating, and organizing student data from colleges.
• Assist in lead generation and maintaining lead trackers, CRM sheets, and daily reports.
• Follow up with colleges regarding MoUs, invoices, participation confirmation, and pending documentation.
• Help in drafting outreach emails, proposals, announcements, and communication templates.
• Coordinate job fair preparations, student registrations, employer requirements, and event updates.
• Conduct research on potential colleges, hiring trends, and student demographics.
• Maintain strong relations with TPOs and ensure smooth communication.
• Schedule meetings and keep accurate communication logs.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
• Comfortable making calls and interacting with college authorities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask, follow up consistently, and work independently.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Prior exposure to sales, BD, or recruitment roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools is a plus.
