Job Overview / Designation : Business Development Intern


We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Interns who are

eager to learn, grow, and contribute to TEK-Z’s mission. This internship is designed to

provide hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and business growth strategies.

High-performing interns will be offered a full-time role as Business Development

Executive upon successful completion of the internship.


Duration & Stipend


Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance, interns will be absorbed as Business

Development Executive (Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA + Incentives)


Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Identify and generate leads by connecting with colleges, universities, and corporates.
  2. Support business development strategies to drive growth and partnerships.
  3. Promote TEK-Z training programs, internships, and corporate solutions.
  4. Conduct presentations, webinars, and meetings under the guidance of senior team
  5. members
  6. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and client engagement activities.
  7. Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and prepare basic sales reports.


Skills Preferred


  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Eagerness to learn sales and business development
  • Persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented mindset


Eligibility Criteria


  1. Open to graduates and postgraduates (students in final year may also apply).
  2. Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
  3. Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
