About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. 
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for potential business opportunities. 
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct high-level conversations with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to build trust and move them through the sales funnel. 
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities and progress. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies. 
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Ready to work in inside sales, business development, or a related role. 
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. 

 Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills along with ability to convince prospective leads 
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques. 
  • Comfortable in maturing leads and nurturing processes.
