Business Development Executive (Support Role) Job in Mumbai at Lucky-tech Membranes Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Coordination:

• Create and manage internal communication groups (e.g., WhatsApp).
• Add or remove members as required and ensure all comments/messages are acknowledged or responded to within 15 minutes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth communication flow.

Client Engagement & Follow-up

• Draft and send professional emails to all types of clients (hot, cold, and prospects).
• Ensure timely and personalized follow-ups, maintaining at least one touchpoint per quarter for each client.
• Assist in preparing and formatting client-facing documents, proposals, and presentations.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Create and maintain reports on business development activities, lead status, and client communications.
• Support in maintaining dashboards and tracking sheets in coordination with Business Development Managers.
• Share timely updates and performance summaries with management.

Logistics & Administrative Support:

• Coordinate the sending and receiving of couriers/documents.
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Provide general administrative support to the business development team.

Events & Exhibitions:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Support on-site logistics, setup, client interaction, and lead management.

Travel Flexibility:

• Be available to travel for meetings, exhibitions, and other business activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in a business development support role (internships or exposure to sales/business development preferred).

Core Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional email etiquette and client-facing presentation.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable to CRM and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks.
