Business Development Executive – Sales Job in Mumbai at Lucky-tech Membranes Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in B2B segments (Tensile Structures, Tents, Biogas Domes, Car Shades).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, corporate clients, and distributors.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate pricing strategies with the management team.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in the construction, tensile structure, or related industry will be an advantage.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhiwandi.
