• Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs on marketing, digital marketing, social media promotion, and online technical support for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Create training materials, including presentations, user guides, and online tutorials, to effectively educate and onboard users.
• Provide one-on-one support to internal teams and external clients in resolving technical issues related to marketing campaigns, digital tools, social media promotion, and online technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and customer support, to address and troubleshoot complex technical problems and ensure smooth operations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, digital marketing, social media promotion, and technical support.

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge in the biomedical field is desirable.
• Proven experience in providing training, technical support, and assistance in marketing, digital marketing, social media promotion, and online technical support.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and technical support processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing campaigns, digital tools, social media platforms, and online technical support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically to address technical challenges.
