Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, like Bidding Portals, Market Databases, and other online tools.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
• Reach out to new potential prospects via email and proposals, building strong relationships by understanding their needs, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for sales, business development, and the IT industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to grasp new concepts and a zeal for learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of IT, Web Services, Technology, and E-commerce solutions.
• Basic knowledge of email written communication.
