Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• A strategy focused on Business Development activities
• Arranging Business Development meetings with potential clients
• Conduct research and identify new revenue/business sources
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc...
• Build long-term relationships with new customers
• Lead generation through bidding portal - Upwork
• Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets

Requirements:

• Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Multi-tasking
• Must be a good team player
• Flexible in time manage international leads
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Writing reports
• Providing management with reports and feedback
• 1 year of experience
