Business Development Executive (BDE) Job in Bangalore at Flobiz

Flobiz is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Value Proposition & Product Demonstrations: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively do product demonstrations & communicate the value proposition of myBillBook.
• Customer Acquisition: Actively engage with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and other outreach methods.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to quality standards, ensuring ethical and transparent sales practices.
• CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. 
• Daily Reporting & Communication: Submit daily activity reports, including progress on leads, appointments, and sales achieved.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales is a must
• Education: Completed or pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• Communication Skills: English & any regional language
• Industry: SaaS, Fintech, BFSI, Online Marketplaces, Telecom, Edtech, FMCG, Infrastructure & Pharma
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Email, Excel or Google Sheets
• Transportation: Possession of a valid driving license and an own Two/Four Wheeler
