Sierra is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle product/project presentations
- Generate and qualify enterprise leads
- Manage leads and customer acquisition
- Ideate and implement new strategies to increase clientele
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in software products/ERP/SaaS
- Strong negotiation and order-closing skills
- Proven track record of consistency in achieving targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiatives
- Ability to work on own also collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets
- Ability to manage forecast/pipeline and reflect a true position with date-driven deadlines
