Business Development Executive (BDE) Job in Noida at Webkul

Webkul is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather requirements for web and app development projects.
• Prepare necessary documents (RFP, SOW, NDAs, and POC) for client requirements.
• Understand Webkul’s default software/applications products and services and explain them to clients.
• Handle customer pre-sales and post-sales queries via calls, emails, Skype, helpdesk, and social networking sites.
• Assign projects and act as the main communication point for ongoing projects.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring all SOW points are covered.
• Assign technical queries/issues of clients to the technical departments.
• Prepare comprehensive user guides (technical documentation/content) for Webkul’s products, services, and customers in written and video format.
• Attend international and domestic seminars and conferences to promote products with presentations.
• Conduct market research on products.
• Develop new partnerships for the organization, acting as a bridge between clients and the organization.
• Full-time office job with no fieldwork.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of web and app end technology.
• Experience in technical project requirement gathering.
• Over one year of experience in technical project sales and project handling.
• Experience in client meetings for tech sales, requirement gathering, and project management.
• Strong analytical approach for understanding flow and pattern, useful for breaking down clients’ requirements at a modular level.
• Good observation of technical workflow in apps, websites, and software tools.
• Ability to learn new software tools, platforms, and tech stacks.
• Updated with the latest technologies and market leaders.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding and drafting of Business Proposals, POC, SOW, NDA, and RFPs.
• Excellent presentation and emailing skills.
• Proficient in communication and written English.
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges with flexibility.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (like Magento, Opencart, Bagisto, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of eCommerce industry modules is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of tech stacks like PHP, React JS, Android, iOS, Flutter, APIs, etc., along with integration work, is highly advantageous.
