Antal International is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve goals and expand the company’s client base in the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
    • Actively pursue and acquire new clients by pitching the company’s services and presenting compelling value propositions.
    • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with clients' requirements.
  • Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.

Requirements: 

  • Any Graduate with an MBA or equivalent with Relevant experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and devise strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
