Responsibilities:

• Create and implement business development and lead generation strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
• Communicate regularly and follow up with clients to maintain relationships.
• Pitch services to potential clients and negotiate project terms and fees.
• Provide clients with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months - 1 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus.
