About this Job
Role & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for their course enquiry
- Mentor junior counselors
- Counsel students and concerned parents in-person and on the phone
- Calculate conversion rates
- Educational counselor experience preferred
- Handle calls on leads generated
- Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports
- Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counsellors
- Hands-on experience MS Office
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Any Diploma/ Graduation/ PG
- Good Communication Skills.
- Fluent Written & Spoken Marathi, Hindi, English Language Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Interest in Sales and Counseling
- Knowledge of CRM and Lead square Work Experience
- Multi-tasker
