Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry conferences.
  • Present our services and value propositions to prospective clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their logistics needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
  • Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with regular updates on our services and offerings.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients, outlining the benefits of partnering with our logistics services.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize terms and agreements, while ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Analyze data and reports to assess the performance of sales strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular meetings and provide feedback to improve overall business processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and resilient attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Must have a two-wheeler 
  • Willing to travel 
  • Logistics background will be preffered.
