About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target potential customers through research, prospecting, and networking. Generate leads and create a pipeline of new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication, presentations, and negotiations. Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales and Deal Closure: Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the company's offerings. Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, product enhancements, and customer feedback initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with the industry or market segment in which the company operates.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences, as required.

Working Days:

  • 6 days work week. Onsite job
  • The entire role will be for 6 days a week(Monday would be an off).The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from manager/ trainer and HR Team. Upon successfully passing the training program & 3months probation period you become eligible to be offered the role of BDA - INSIDE SALES (at 8 LPA(5 fixed + 3 variable). CENTER SALES (at 4.5 fixed to 5.5 + 3 variable ).
