  • Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
  • Experience is us cold calling, Business Development, and Lead Generation via phone & email.
  • Positive attitude, smart & presentable.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in any international call center or any us process.
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook.
  • Comfortable to work in night shift.
  • Strong Exposure to handling us market.
  • Self-motivated, Aggressive selling approach.
  • The basic idea of us business or economy.
  • Communication skills are a must.


Responsibilities -:


  • Making outbound calls to US Companies who have freight to move, drive monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Effectively utilize available sales & marketing tools for campaign planning, ideal client profile, pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress (forecasting), developing weekly, monthly, quarterly level forecasts.
  • Assisting in capturing, managing, engaging, and nurturing existing leads, convert prospects into customers.
  • Qualify the point of contact person and key decision-maker.
  • Establishing and cultivating healthy relationships with prospective customers.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Scheduling meetings/appointments according to established procedures & making reminder calls to prospective customers.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit.
  • Balance strategic and tactical initiatives to appropriately cover each sub-segment.
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.
  • Data capturing with 100% accuracy while working on CRM.
  • Should learn about every prospect company's products and their handling to shipping and receiving.
  • Accountable to achieve and retain the customer, High Sales Commission Incentive on revenue in US$.


Requirements -:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related field. Business, Marketing, Sales or Human Resources Degree also considered.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing initial contacts by phone.
  • Prospecting skills (fearless on the phone).
  • Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Persuasive and persistent with self-initiative and drive
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Competitive by nature with a self-motivated personality.
