Business Development Executive Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and onboard new IT & Non-IT clients for recruitment and staffing services. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups . 
• Understand client hiring needs and position Getwork’s recruitment solutions effectively. 
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth hiring execution . 
• Execute business development strategies to grow revenue and client base . 
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and service presentations . 
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and terms as per company guidelines . 
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities 

Required Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) . 
• 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Recruitment/Staffing) .  
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models . 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . 
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office . 
• Willingness to attend client meetings and industry networking events .
