Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Research and identify potential clients and target markets
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
