BYLD Group is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Qualify leads to determine fit and potential value for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales efficiency and close rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to outperform them.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and expand the business network.
  • Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and successful strategies with the team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in business development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Seek feedback from peers and clients to improve sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
  • A passion for sales and the desire to build a long-term career in business development.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
  • Prior experience in dealing with corporate clients or decision-makers is a plus.
