Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Stick to the cohesive marketing plan set by the management to increase brand awareness.
• Foresee requirements and reach out to gain the opportunity to get good clients.
• Achieve current and long-term goals for internal teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
• Conduct discussions and presentations with stakeholders.
• Undertake marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
• Play a vital role between stakeholders and our technical team to enable proper understanding of requirements and updates.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the higher officials.
• Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives.
• Track competitors' activities.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience leading growth/marketing activities for a tech platform/product.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasing personality and good presentation skills.
• Ability to take initiative and volunteer ship.
• Familiar with various software development processes.
• Expertise in costing and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in using various analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to create and manage organic and inorganic digital marketing campaigns.
• Graduate/Postgraduate specialization in marketing.
