About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle guest database and update the franchise sales tracker periodically
2. Make outgoing sales calls on the guest database provided to handle guest queries as and when necessary
3. Explain to the guest in details about the deliverables of the brand with respect to total investment, support provided, timelines for execution, etc.
4. Brief the guest on the sales and marketing promotions, food promotions, and online promotions from time to time
5. Arrange for food tasting at the nearest outlet from the guest's home city and coordinate with the operations team from time to time
6. Work on being a part of the feedback session and regular review on the franchise actualization tracker

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the stipend will be Rs 12000/month.

Salary

CTC:3 - 5.5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%
